A model or a counter-model for international legal justice? The views of the actors
This project financed by the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs enabled the organization of an International Symposium to assess the activities of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. This Symposium was organized in July 2009 by Prof. Vincent Chetail and Prof. André Guichaoua in partnership with the Academy, the Graduate Institute of International And Development Studies and University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. This project was a unique opportunity to bring together the main actors associated to the activity of the Tribunal around three principal axes of reflection: prosecutorial policy, establishing guilt, and judgements and sentencing.
The results of the Symposium will be available soon on Internet.
