Pavle Kilibarda is a Teaching Assistant at the Geneva Academy and a Teaching and Research Assistant at the Faculty of Law of the University of Geneva. He holds a PhD in law (summa cum laude) from the University of Geneva, an LLM in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights from the Geneva Academy and a BA in International Relations from the University of Belgrade. His research focuses on general public international law, particularly the recognition of States and governments, and international human rights law.
Pavle previously worked as a Legal Training Associate at the International Committee of the Red Cross and Researcher at the Belgrade Centre for Human Rights. He has engaged extensively with refugees and asylum-seekers in the Western Balkans, and has published legal analyses in both English and Serbian.
