Weapons Law

At the international level, weapons are regulated by rules of arms control or disarmament law, international humanitarian law and international human rights law among others. Our research focuses on legal challenges posed by certain weapon technologies and practices of armed violence, and on the development and updating of the Weapons Law Enyclopedia – a pioneering online compilation of information on the regulation of weapons under international law.
