Today, several thousands of men, women and children of ISIS detained by the Kurdish liberation forces in Northern Syria are in a judicial limbo.

This side event during the 42nd session of the United Nations (UN) Human Rights Council, organized in collaboration with the Mouvement contre le Racisme et pour l’Amitié entre les Peuples (MRAP), will discuss the legal status and future of members of armed groups detained in Northern Syria.
