Revaz Tkemaladze is a Teaching Assistant at the Geneva Academy. His current research focuses on the challenges of State and individual accountability for hostilities-related violations and war crimes.

Revaz has worked within the International Committee of the Red Cross Advisory Service on International Humanitarian Law as an Intern, where he conducted research on legal mechanisms to enhance compliance with IHL. He has also worked as a Legal Adviser at the Litigation Unit of the Department of State Representation in International Courts of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, in which capacity he assisted in the preparation of observations on cases and communications before the European Court of Human Rights and the United Nations Treaty Bodies. Revaz has completed internships at an anti-corruption NGO Transparency International and U.S. Peace Corps. He has organized and judged multiple national and international moot court competitions.

Revaz holds an LLM in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights at the Geneva Academy and the BA and MA degrees in International Law from Tbilisi State University.
